Hi! I’m Mama June Bug, a 40’ 2019 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH. The split floor plan is perfect for busy families and ensures everyone has their own space!

The main bedroom has three windows that fill the room with natural light. The bed platform can fit a King-size (or Queen-size) mattress and easily lifts up to offer additional storage space. The deep closet sits behind two sliding mirror doors and there are washer/dryer hookups in the closet!

The main bathroom sits right outside the first bedroom and has a mirrored vanity, shower, toilet, and two separate storage spaces.

The kitchen has been updated with a fresh coat of paint to make it feel bright and welcoming. The kitchen island is perfect for meal prep, and the gas stove, microwave, full-size fridge, and full pantry make it easy to cook all of your favorite meals. One of my favorite upgrades is the fold-up kitchen table! Simply lift the table, grab a bar stool (they’re included!), and eat together as a family. The couch is well-loved, but that's because it was used for countless movie nights, sleepovers, and late-night conversations. It’s comfortable, but I won’t be offended if you want to take it out and replace it with something new.

The bunkhouse has a full-size bed on top and a twin on the bottom. You may have seen other models with a couch in this room, but we took that out to create more play space. The bunkhouse has its own bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, and built-in laundry space.

The outdoor kitchen has a wine cooler, sink, outlets, a grill, and cabinets to keep all of your s'mores gear organized.

Things You Should Know:

• I have two awnings, both with a little cosmetic damage thanks to a low hanging branch.
• When my rear awning goes out, the electric fuse pops sporadically.
• The living room TV has a small yellow spot in the bottom right-hand corner. Barely noticeable, but it's there.
• The frosted glass on the kitchen cabinets and barn door is chipped in a few places.
• The skylight in the main bathroom was cracked during a hailstorm. I’ve got all the parts necessary, I just need someone to install it.

I’ve spent the last year being towed by Ruby, a trusty and reliable 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 dually. She has leather seats, 38k miles, and has pulled me up mountains and across the country with no problem. She's for sale too!
