Consider this one-owner (nonsmoker), garage kept, ultra-clean, and well-maintained coach that has all the factory options and all of the upgrades you want. The maintenance records are available and it is ready to go. It has something rarely seen on a Vista, and is absolutely essential in warmer climates: 2 A/C units! This is a 30 amp rig with with ducted air in the main cabin. This is supplemented by a dealer-installed second a/c in the bedroom on its own 20 amp circuit! This means you can use both a/c's on a typical 30 amp pedestal.

The chassis has Sumo springs front and rear, an additional rear stabilizer, and Steer-Safe, all professionally installed by authorized Ford dealer. New tires were installed in June, 2023 with only 500 miles. There is a CumminsOnan RV QG4000 on board. You'll use that when boondocking and tailgaiting.

Tailgaiting? Of course! There is an outdoor kitchen with upgraded refrigerator which stays cool going down the road on the included 1000 watt inverter. There is lots of storage and pullout prep areas. It even comes with a standalone gas grill and conveniently located LP gas connection, as well as a built-in, self-draining ice chest to go along with the outside TV.

The interior features a single full-wall slide that permits complete access to bath and kitchen when closed. Motorized recliners with USB ports and illuminated drink holders were recently installed to replace the original jackknife sofa. (still available if desired.)

The MBR queen bed has a luxurious memory foam mattress topper. There are bedside cubbies with power for CPAP, if needed. Multiple BIG wardrobe(s), TV, and a sliding door for privacy complete the area.

Daytime privacy shades supplement the original pull-downs. Over the cockpit is the optional, factory-installed electric dropdown EuroLoft queen bed.

The dropdown dinette table easily converts to another bed if desired, and there is ample storage beneath one seat (cleverly accessed by a convenient sliding door in the footwell), and a generous pullout pantry behind the other.

This rig has abundant storage inside and out with passthrough basement areas outside and dual pantries inside. The kitchen has ample prep area and undercounter lighting.

This is a lovingly maintained rig with pre-Covid construction quality, and every thing works just as it should. Perfect for a couple or a young family.
