This camper is in new condition, only used 3 times.
No pets, no smoking in unit.
The dual propane tanks are still full since purchasing camper.
Camper has always been stored under raised carpot until we recently purchased a new home. Since then, has been covered.
Several items will be included when we sell:
-Surge protector
-New portable sewage tote
-50 foot water hose with pressure regulator
-New chocks
-Back up camera (purchased separately that can be mounted on camper)
-Camper cover
-Rear mounted carrier
-Other miscellaneous items as well

The only reason we are selling is because we don't use it as often as we had hoped.
