An awesome trailer for first-time buyers! Great for hunting season too!

I bought this trailer in 2015, and it has been a rockstar. I just need something bigger; otherwise, I’d keep it.

All mechanicals work as they should - I have never had any issues with the plumbing, tanks, water heater, A/C, furnace, or electrical components. These systems work as they should.

The trailer could use a new awning (it works fine but has seen better days) and a new shower surround (again, it works fine but has some cracks).

Upgrades in the last three years include tires (including spare) with less than 3,000 miles on them, two marine batteries, a new water pump, and updated LED lighting. Added amenities include:

• Diamond plating on the front of the camper.
• Enclosed, insulated, and heated underbelly.
• Anti-sway bar setup (which makes towing the trailer SO much nicer).
• Double 30-pound propane bottles with regulator (one tank is nearly full).
• Original manuals for the trailer’s various systems.

The floorplan is extremely functional, with the camper queen bedroom up front with access on the left and right sides, overhead storage, and a closet on either side (there’s storage space under the bed, too).

The living area has a loveseat with two independent seats, both of which recline and have footrests. The dinette converts into a bed for guests and has storage under the seats to complement the storage in the kitchen and above the loveseat. The rear bathroom spans the width of the trailer and offers a large closet for your clothes and linens.

There is a full passthrough basement up front and another storage bay at the back of the trailer. There's also an outdoor shower and a gas hookup for an outdoor grill.

The 2005 decor won’t win any beauty contests, nor will the peeling stickers on the exterior, but if you want a rock-solid trailer in excellent working order for a budget price, this is it!
