This 5th Wheel is literally in Like New Condition. We bought it and have been on 2 trips. Unfortunately have decided that we want a Super C Drive-able RV. Our loss, your gain. This camper has been great to us. At asking price, comes with a transferable 5 year warranty on the Camper and also a 6 year paint and interior protection warranty. No issues at all. Sleeps my family of 5 with ease and room for plenty more. The interior design (FarmHouse) and layout is great. It has a ton of room for my family and lots of Storage which was very important to my wife as well as a full sized Stainless Steel Refrigerator. One of the key selling points for us on this 5th Wheel vs ALOT we looked at was the Large oven and gas cook top. Large enough for a Turkey on Thanksgiving. Comes with Built-in Central Vacuum. The Side Porch is also a huge plus, my youngest loves going out there under the large awning and playing while being able to watch tv. The rear deck lowers which allows for easy access to put in all of our bikes. There are 2 awnings on the side and another on the rear. All of the slide outs have slide toppers to help prevent sticks, trash, and water from getting in places its not supposed to. Comes with RV SnapPads. This model also has the upgraded wheels and tires vs previous years. They are color matched to the trailer and have a larger weight rating. This 5th wheel comes with the rear Outside Tailgater Kitchen. I didn’t think i was going to like it, but i have loved it and its very convenient/ easy to use. The 3 Hvac units are great. We stayed in some super hot places this summer and they never had an issue. The Center Main unit is also a heat pump so it will do both Heating and Cooling. There is already installed a 4 Camera System which conveniently works in your truck while towing as well as in the camper as a security system. It has sound and motion detection. Tons of Storage underneath as well. We have room leftover in case we buy stuff while we are out. 5500 Onan Generator included. We've only ever used to start up and test. The leveling system and hooking up is amazing. Almost a 1 touch leveling and hook up. Truma tankless Hotwater keeps the hotwater flowing great. We've never run out even with back to back showers.
