This is an almost new 2022 Airstream Basecamp 20 (https://www.airstream.com/travel-trailers/basecamp/). It was purchased from Airstream Adventures in Portland. It is 20 feet long, easily towed by our Subaru Ascent SUV. Sleeps 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 kids. Has bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor shower, sink, water heater, propane furnace, 12 volt refrigerator, solar package, upgraded BattleBorn batteries (Two 200Ah batteries; $4499 add-on by dealership), air conditioner and electric heater. Has upgraded vent cover ($175 add-on by dealership) and in-line shore power surge protector ($650 add-on by dealership). Tires in great condition. Has fire extinguisher, propane gas leak alarm, smoke detector. Has two full propane tanks. It was freshly dumped, cleaned and sanitized. Clean water lines were winterized with pressurized air only (no chemical antifreeze).
