This camper has been very well maintained over the years that we have owned it. Only one owner, clean title, non-smokers, and covered storage for majority of its life. The camper comes with an electric tongue jack, electric stabilizers, a new battery as of May of 2023, New E rated tires as of 2021, All new brakes as of June 2023, residential fridge, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink, exterior propane quick connect, and a grill that has never been used. Morryde solid steps with carpeting for traction, two spare tires, Nev-R-Lube axles, two 40 gal gray tanks, 40 gal black tank with black tank flush, 2 30lbs propane tanks, black out shades throughout the camper, and outdoor TV mount. All slides, awning, and stabilizers can be controlled by a remote that comes with the camper. Upgrades and additions that come with the camper, 10,000lb equalizer hitch, new ceramic toilet installed 2022, Furrion operational camera and monitor, Reflectix in all windows secured by command strips for easy removal, RV keyless door lock, Slide covers, Level Mate Pro, and ladder connected to get to the roof.

The interior has a spacious living area with a dinette, sleeper sofa, TV and entertainment system, and kitchen with pantry and island. Plentiful storage throughout. The bunkhouse room boasts three beds, one of which is also a jack-knife sofa. Potential for a TV to be added to this room, if you choose! The bathroom has two entrances, one from the main living and the other from the primary bedroom. Comes with a stand up shower, vanity, medicine cabinet, and ceramic toilet. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with clothing storage on each side and storage under the bed. It has a laundry chute that opens to the front storage bay. The primary bedroom also comes with its own A/C to help stay cool on hot summer nights.

This camper has been well loved and meticulously maintained throughout its life. Mostly used for weekend trips locally, with a few longer trips as well.
