Beautiful 2017 Jayco Toy Hauler 4212, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 full bathrooms, 2 decks( Master bedroom with skylight) and sleeping space for up to 8 people. NEW 2022 6 tires. 2 decks to enjoy plenty of views. Huge window in living room. There are 3 air conditioning units and an electric fireplace heater. 3 Tv's, 1 master, living rm,1in Toy Hauler, and 1 off the kitchen deck. The toy hauler doubles as the vehicle ramp and a room. Forward awning was removed. The rear and second awning are in place. Equipped with a Cummings 5500 generator. There is also an outside rinse station in the large pass thru storage. We purchased the RV a year and a half ago. Garage dimensions are: 8' wide, 8' 7" high. depth: 11'8" one side, 9'2" other side where 2nd full bath is located.
