2012 Livin Lite QuickSilver 8.1 popup (SALE PENDING!)

Consider this "under contract" for now. Expected to sell in November.

But just in case.

This little popup is easily towable, at less than 900 pounds. We towed it with a 2003 Subaru Forester and it was fine. We have made a few customizations over the years. We upgraded the sink to have an optional electric pump. We added carpet tiles. And added a power panel that shows battery status, with USB outlets. There are removable / washable seat covers over the kitchen table cushions (which are like new).

We never used the AC and it has spent its entire life in storage. It’s a small window unit and is included although not installed. The battery is newish, and I’ll include a plug in trickle charger and a solar trickle charger. The tires are original but appear to be fine. I don’t know the mileage but it’s not very high.

Sleeps 3 comfortably, 5 less comfortably. Double bed on one side and a single bed on the other. The dining table becomes a bed for 2 more. The bench seating has storage. The table and benches can be removed if you wanted to sit outside for example.

Comes with a ton of extras including an awning, some extra outdoor shelving, a never used porta potty, and a small stand up tent (Kelty) that can be used with a sun shower, or the porta potty as a kind of outhouse.

Needs a 2” hitch.

Value is probably $6,500 especially with the extras and custom work, but I want to sell it. We upgraded to an Airstream.
