2008 Newell Coach # 1223. This beautiful coach is in excellent condition ready to hit the road. It always attracts a lot of attention no mater where we go. The feedback I have received is that the pictures just dont do justice to how beautiful the paint on this coach is. This coach has the Cat C15 ACERT MXS, so no DEF or Regenerator. It has the ZF 12 speed transmission. Lets me first say "its a Newell so it pritty much has everything". 2 stage jake brake, Girard Awning, stack W/D, automatic traction control, Aqua-Hot engin pre-heat, duel Outback inverters, Sub Zero refrig/freezer, heated floors, Upgrades include EZ steer column, Centrifugal oil filter (0.1 micron filtration) and complete intake air upgrade, new fabric on expandable dinette, LED lighting, new marker lights, tank valves, door actuator, Bluefire monitor, rebuilt satellite antenna, new take sensors, 12VDC/120VAC refrigerator/freezer in basement, R.O. water filter with High Pressure Boost Pump, new floor and accent tiles in shower. Steer tires are Nov 2021, drive is July 2022 and tag tires are March 2021. 2022 chassis batteries, 10,000 lb Blue Ox tow bar. This has the 20KW Martin Generator with 1K hrs. This coach has had regular visits to Newell. The most recent trip was in Dec of 2022 for a PM. At that time the rediator was rebuilt as well as various other small repairs totaling $25K. Many spart parts will be included. This coach has an extended pantry that provides a great deal of storage. It also has a large rear bath that also has a great deal of storage. The extended queen bed retracts allowing for easy passage to the bathroom with the slides in. This coach includes a spare 365 steer tire if you find your self in a difficult situation where sourcing a tire could be very expensive and cause extended delays of the repair. This coach has a tremendous amount of interior storage.
