The KITCHEN has an island which includes lots of storage on both sides as well as under sink storage. Additional storage for dishes, pantry & coffee bar also in kitchen. Stove, oven & microwave are located next to the full size residential refrigerator.

LIVING AREA has a double recliner with a 56” TV over an electric fireplace. Storage built into the entertainment area & over the recliners. Next to the entertainment center is an area for extra seating or dining.

BEDROOM #2 is off the living area with a sliding door for privacy. This bedroom has a queen size sofa bed & an upper twin size bunk that can be pushed up and latched out of the way. Across from the sofa/bunk is a built-in storage area with a counter top. Upper cabinets & 6 drawer dresser complete this room.

BATHROOM #2 is a full bath off of bedroom #2. It has toilet, sink & a tub/shower combination. The sink has upper and lower storage as well.
