This has been a fun trailer for our family and friends. We have rented it to friends to live in while they attended University and it has been base camp at more than one local fair. Plenty of living area to spread out in. The 13 foot garage gives you plenty of overflow space plus the deck off the back is perfect for grilling. All mattresses are new and the warrenty is transferable. The trailer has been well maintained and has all service records. All you will need to do is hook up and go!
