It has a factory installed Indoor/outdoor TV quick mount so the TV can be easily moved outside for tailgating or just glamping fun. The outdoor kitchen has an induction stove so it works great with wind. The queen size bed is a Murphy style bed and folds up for couch seating and extra room when not sleeping. This is especially great when the kids and their unexpected friends come to visit because it keeps grimy feet and camp funk off the clean sheets. The mattress was upgraded, is VERY clean and ALWAYS kept under a mattress cover. It is seriously more comfortable than our fancy select comfort bed at home, easily the best upgrade we did. We are selling because we haven't been able to camp in over a year and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon, so we need to let it go.
