This Motorhome is in excellent shape. It has low miles and was recently serviced including the Generator. New Michelin 275/80R22 tires installed January 2021. Wheels are equipped with RETTROBANDS to guard against flat tire and blow out. New house batteries installed in January of 2022. We have enjoyed going to the lake and South to warmer weather in the wintertime. It has an Exterior TV and I have added LED lighting under the slide on curb side. We also changed out the facets in both bathrooms and kitchen for nicer ones. The sofa makes into a bed electrically. Master bedroom has a king air bed plus LED TV and a master bath in rear of coach with large shower. There is also a 1/2 bath in the middle of the coach. Living room has a L shape leather couch with an entertainment center with fireplace and LED TV. Fireplace has 2 heat setting for those cool nights. Table has 4 chairs with 2 that fold up and kept in the basement for storage. Kitchen has a pull-out countertop with drawers and there is a Microwave/convection oven with 3 burner gas range. The basement has lots of storage with a large pull-out tray, We are the 2nd owners of this coach and it is in very good condition and has been serviced and maintained on a regular schedule.
