This coach is priced well bellow others due to the minor cosmetic damage on the exterior and natural wear of the interior seats. We want to be fair with others and not over price, allowing the new owner to either get a coach at a low price and live with it as is, or put a little money into new furniture and customize it how you want it and still get a better deal than any other coach listed. The cummings engine and generator have had oil changes every year regardless of how many miles or hours we put on them, air filters, fuel filters, water filters, and water heater rod has been change each year as well. Last year we had a full inspection and routine maintenance done on the freight liner chassis. 4 of the 6 tires have been replaced. 800 watts of solar are on the roof with 6 batteries, this allows you to boondock almost indefinitely and only need to replenish water or dump tanks as needed. Main TV has been upgraded to a smart TV. All windows minus the windshield have an additional ceramic tint to help with heat in the summer.
