Excellent condition stored indoors in heated building, never used during the winter months. Purchased brand new in 2021 and have used it a total of six times all in the lower michigan area. I have added the power exhaust fan in the bathroom and slide out awnings over all five slide outs. This is a non smoking non pet unit. It has more storage than you could ever think of, and the storage area is heated.
