We are the second owners, we purchased this in 2020. The first thing we did was add a 4 Kilowatt Onan Generator. GreatDecision for sure. We used this to haul our Honda Goldwing Trike and RZR side by side.I changed out the tie downs for more peace of mind.It does have a fueling station that came in handy when we went down to WV to the Hatfield/McCoy trails.

Last year the awning failed and caused a crease just behind the garage door.I will have a photo of that included. We had All Pro in Alliance Ohio replace the awning with a better quality unit.It is a power awing with LED Lighting.

Last year (2022) I replaced all the tires including the spare. I will have a snap shot of the date of the tires mfg'ed date.

This year we had All Pro, do the Roof, Slide, Brake and Wheel maintenance.

We have had the opportunity to take our daughter and her son camping several times.The garage area makes a nice private place for guests to stay.It has two wall mounted sofas that convert to a bed and a bed that slides down from the ceiling.All these folds out of the way so you can haul your toys. I have never really used it, but this unit does have the deck patio feature.
