This little beauty has been everywhere. Started life as a cruise America unit. Then I rented it when I wasn’t using it for several years. 

No longer renting. Best someone else enjoys it. I’m moving abroad in retirement. 

Cash or land in NH of equal value with a mailbox, or zoned so I can put a camper there and use it as a residence without HOA hassles. 

Priced to sell because she isn’t cosmetically perfect. Mechanically excellent and excellent chassis. 

Front end alignment, rear shocks, differential service, and brakes 1000 miles ago. 5000 miles on the tires.  

You would never, ever assume it was a high mile truck going down the road. This unit may have received a replacement motor at 150,000 miles. Mileage recorded on the engine/cradle indicates a major overhaul or replacement. 

Don’t miss out. 

Any questions, ask. Nothing to hide. Fridge, heat, hot water heater, ac all work well. Ac is icy cold. ~650 hours on the Genny. I’d suggest it gets looked at. Fires right up, but I haven’t touched it other than oil in a while.  Great unit.

Have dozens more photos of all body mounts, wheels off, new parts, interior of course. Just ask. Price reduced to 26k and that’s my rock bottom. I’ll spend 40 or so for a fresh crate motor, paint and a 4x4 conversion and sell for six figures with a zero mile motor, trans, paint, etc. rather than take anything less. 

Fly in and drive home. 20mins from the airport.
