This RV has been well taken care of and much loved since its' purchase in 2012. Most impressionable about her are the 3 slide outs, 9 foot living room ceilings that turn the insides into a really spacious, comfortable and very livable RV. It’s like new on the inside and just like being at home with all of the comforts you need. From the DVD entertainment system with 5.1 Dolby Digital sound to the double wide refrigerator/freezer, to the dual A/C units, to the wonderful electronic fireplace, AND don't forget the two electric and very comfortable reclining lounge chairs. You can enjoy local TV, a DVD movie or just peacefully enjoy the view outside from any of the two great picture windows. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra guests. When its' time to do a quick inside clean-up just fire up the integrated electric vacuum cleaner. When its' time for a shower enjoy the comfortable shower w/small tub. The 12 gallon water heater supplies plenty of hot water. OH! There’s also a king size bedroom. A must see!!! The outside of the RV is a bit weathered with some sun damage. The roof has been well cared for with protectant and is in good shape. Priced as is and does not include any bedding, pillows, linen, area rugs, towels, toiletries and ETC.
