I have a 'Blue Ox' Tow system and also a brand new in the box,  'Air Force One' air braking system. Both retail $4K.
This coach is in very clean condition inside and out! RV was never a full-time, lived-in coach. It has not been worn out from constant use and abuse. As a matter of fact, it's hardly been used in 5 years. This is the main reason I'm parting with it. Interior is in exceptional shape! The cherry woodwork is in new condition. All the vinyl is supple and in new condition. As you can see in the pictures, there is a maintenance access door that got scraped. Also, we took the ladder off due to backing up a little too far and giving the end cap a little crack at the very top, purely cosmetic. I just had the roof cleaned and resealed. It looks great! It was just time to do the roof. There is zero water damage! The driver's side exterior looks new! The passenger side exterior has some sunburn on the back half and the top of the cab. I just had the whole coach buffed and waxed, so other than the few flaws, it looks great! I have the original manuals that came in two boxes. Tires are dated 2016, and the windshield has a small size crack on the driver side at the very bottom. I never replaced it because I don't even notice it while driving.
