Custom F450 Overland Camper

Our custom overland camper is for sale. This camper has been a great platform for adventure for our family of six. A four season camper, it's been used for ski trips in the winter with a Espar diesel/water heater and all water tanks enclosed in the habitat box. Built in 2021 on a 2018 chassis. Habitat Box
Construction is aluminum 0.040" sheeting over a powder coated 2” square steel frame. Roof and floor were built with 3/4" honeycomb fiberglass panels. Frame is insulated with XPS foam board - 2 ½” between studs and ½” over studs. Interior walls are constructed with ¼” plywood.

Habitat box is secured to truck chassis with a spring mounted subframe to reduce chassis twist transfer to the habitat box.
