Well cared for unit overall. Runs great, drives straight, and has never let us down. Regular maintenance done on motor and generator. Large awning in good shape and works great. Large single slideout in good working order.  Good tire tread. TV and DVD Player inside.  TV and radio outside.  Lots of storage inside and out. Only minor wear and tear items that we just haven't gotten to fix yet. Unit was used regularly for short trips, mostly to soccer tournaments. Moved from Indiana, no longer have space to store it and we are closer to soccer fields, prompts the sale. Small dent damage on the right back corner trim piece has not been repaired and is only cosmetic. Center console storage unit latch broken, we tape the box closed. These few items coupled with the fact that we bought it well, are the reason for the low price. We love this model for two big reasons. It is small enough you can drive it anywhere and if you back into a spot, you can fit in ONE parking spot. Second, the bed does not have to fold up while underway, and you are inline with the direction of travel. This makes it so you can nap while the someone else drives!
