Great-to-excellent condition. Very low milage. The best floor plan Fleetwood makes with the two full baths and bunks (in our opinion as a family of 6). With our kids getting older, we can't use the unit enough to justify keeping it.

Some Love It Currently Needs: (1) Right windshield wiper nut (the wiper blade is slipping); (2) best practice to replace house batteries at transfer of ownership (they are holding a charge for less time in storage than they used to); (3) secondary driver's screen replaced (cracked)
