Price adjusted: motivated to sell

We are selling our RV as our family is growing and our priorities have shifted. The RV has been great to us, and it pains me to have to sell it. The RV has only been used a total of 25-35 nights. The first owner (friend of ours) used it one summer, and never took it out again and sat in storage. I bought it and only took it out for 5 trips for a total of 7 nights last year (2022).

With the price I am including the following:

- WD hitch with sway bar
- All electrical cables, 30 amp polarity check connecter, 30 amp step down to 20 amp connector
- Water hose, with pressure regulator
- leveling blocks
- sewage hoses and it the stands
- Mattress topper for queen bed
- 32" inch TV

Current state of RV:

- Toilet Seals replaced Sept 2022
- Exterior Outer Edge Rubber trims replaced Sept 2022
- It has been winterized since Nov 2022.
- All new tires and spare tire, May 2022
- Cosmetic damage to the RV, in the right rear, just past the rear door.
- Panel covering the kitchen faucet has been removed (needs to be glued/nailed back in) due to fixing a kitchen sink leak which was fixed. Recommend replacing kitchen faucet with home grade faucet, or I can fix it before closing up the panel.
- No other issues, and everything runs great.
