This Grand design Reflection is such a beautiful open floor plan.
The three slideouts give the living room and kitchen and closet an infinite amount of possibilities for space.
The kitchen is one of the best selling features of this RV. It has a full sized pantry and more storage space than almost any RV around. Seriously cannot express our love for all of the storage above the couches, in the kitchen, in the bedroom, under the bed, in the bathroom, under the RV itself!
The audio is not Bluetooth but it is an updated surround sound with an aux input. This provides sound through the entire RV and outside.
The furniture inside of this fifth wheel is brand new. This features a full sized couch with a pull out sleeper and two new recliners. The kitchen diner has an additional leaf option and sits 4.
The bedroom has a Brand new full sized queen mattress, brand new sheet set, and comforter. The bedroom has its own entrance and then another sliding door that opens up into the bathroom making a full wrap around.
The shower is wonderful and the hot water tank for this trailer is excellent.
This fifth wheel is amazing for it's four seasons Design! We also updated the insulation and took extra care to wrap all of the piping to allow its winter temps to go down to 20° and still have water access.
We just power washed this beautiful girl! And also rolled on a new roof coating to allow it to stay cooler in the summers and maintain the roof that is there.
We put BRAND NEW tires on her so she is completely ready to road out.
The slideouts have been well maintained and work well.
I spent about three months with a handyman and a cleaning service to detail clean this RV and get all of the little things taken care of.
All of the lighting in this fifth wheel has been updated to LEDs! There are two thirty pound propane tanks and this trailer is nice and cozy with the fireplace and propane heater. In the summer we did have additional fans circulating for air flow. The one ac unit works good for the main area and there is an option to put a second AC unit in the bedroom we just never did!.
Awning works but is sun worn on outer edge.
