This RV has included solar package and generator. It also has king size bed in the master along with washer/dryer hookups in master closet. It has a full bathroom with residential shower and a half-bath in the garage. Overhead bunk in the living room, a 5,000 BTU fireplace, 4 burner residential stove and oven and a residential 3-door fridge(top)/freezer(bottom). It has 3 TVs (bedroom, living room and garage) along with 3 AC units. Garage has the happijack bunk system which has worked great for us to travel with a golf cart in the garage. There are also two 30 gallon fuel tanks (one fuels the generator, other fuels toys/equipment) and also an air compressor.

***We purchased the rv in late June 2021. It has gone on one long trip (Virginia to Key West and back). Only other trips have been from home in VA to our seasonal site at a campground in Mathews County, VA in April of the last two years and then back home in November for cleaning, maintenance and winterizing. We have followed Alliance's maintenance spreadsheet as required for monthly/yearly maintenance. Reason we are selling after only two years is that our son is in travel volleyball and many of his tournaments are Stay and Play where stay at tournament hotels is required. When we purchased in 2021, we were camping every weekend and last year, we were lucky to camp once a month. No sense in keeping the camper when another family can enjoy. As with all campers, we found issues the first year. Bedroom and living room slide had leaks. Bedroom required a new seal while living room required a new seal and floor. Other minor issues that we added to the list. All issues covered under first year warranty. All were repaired by Terry's RV (He is listed on Alliance recommended repairman list) and no issues since.

We can also sell our 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 (with sliding hitch) for an additional cost. The truck cannot sell before the rv does. We have looked at kbb.com for the truck in excellent condition and it goes at an average price of $70,261 (private party) which our dealership is willing to buy it back for.
