This RV is a perfect family RV. Normal signs of wear and tear for an RV of this age. This is a unique configuration with a peninsula in the kitchen for added workspace and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. No tears/rips in the upholstry. Lots of storage both inside and out.

6 new tires installed 10/17/2023. Manufactured the 17th week (April) of 2023.

New HID headlights and foglights. Tire Pressure monitoring System.

All TVs have been replaced. Front TV is a smart TV. In-Motion satellite receiver works with Dish or DirectTV. 4 Wireless infrared headsets for listening to the TV without distubing the driver. Each TV can display satellite/DVD/antenna independently of other TVs.

Seatbelts for 10 including driver/front passenger. Driver/Passenger seats turn around to face the living room area. Passenger seat has power footrest. Power Awning over door and side with wind sensor to auto-retract. Keyless entry with remote and keypad.

Rooftop Solar panels to keep house and chassis batteries charged. House batteries replaced 11/2022. Chassis batteries are a few years old. New tires. Big Foot Hydraulic levelers. Progressive Industries Surge guard. Electric Shore power cord reel with remote control. Passenger side compartment has 110v retractable power cord and 12v plug.

Refrigerator is propane/electric and will freeze things if you set to max cool. The freezer makes ice quickly. Gas Stove with oven & convection microwave.

Dirt Devil Central Vaccuum.

Queen bed in bedroom is memory foam mattress replaced around 2019. Wireless charging pads on each side of the bed.

The driver's side couch is a queen size sleeper sofa with an air matress. The passenger couch is a double jack knife. The dinettte converts to a "double" bed. Two adults will not fit.

Splendide combo washer/dryer.

Outdoor kitchen has a 110v refrigerator, sink and WeberQ gas grill that connects to the onboard propane tank.

Generator has 174 hours. Serviced regularly. Oil in motorhome changed regularly. All service records.

Two rooftop A/C units. Everything works.

The clearcoat on the front is peeling off. There was water damage on the interior that has been repaired in the shower/bath area. There is a rock chip in the driver's side of the windshield. There are tree scrapes along the sides that are indicated in the pictures. There is some old water damage near the drivers side front window.
