We purchased new last summer. Wife lived in it temporarily while working. It's practically in New condition. Everything works. Tons of open space with large windows all around. Indoor/Outdoor premium speakers; solar panel never opened NIB; all electric with fireplace that heats very well: propane stove; 2 AC's; TONS of storage; washer & dryer hookup. We took out dining table replaced with fold out futon for additional seating/sleeping space.
