Original owner. Upgrades include power loveseat and memory foam mattress. 570 watts of solar and Victron solar charge controller. Original swivel chairs, table, deck staris, and lower convertible bunk/seats are included but not currently in the trailer. The rear lower convertible bunk/seats were removed to create additional storage in the garage area and I installed desk tops for remote working. The desk tops raise and lower with the HappiJac mechanism that lifts the bed. Original tires were replaced last year with Hercules Load E rated trailer tires which have about 1,500 miles on them. The generator has low hours (38 hours).
