Northwood trailers are manufactured in Oregon and are 4 Season units. Great insulation and warm floors when heat is on. 

We are the second owners having bought from original owners in Oregon. They only used the trailer once on a trip to Colorado. 

Our trailer has been used by us less than 10 times.  It is in excellent condition inside and out. Just had wheel bearings packed and brakes replaced ($1,246). Have cleaned and polished outside each year we have owned it. Just replaced brake light covers one of which had a broken tab.
