We have owned it 2.5 years. The main reson we bought it was the low miles. We have had a great time with it but camping isn't for us. We replasced the tires all three A/C units updated the interior along wikth most everything you could ask for. Carpets need cleaned but we were going to use it one more time before we have that done. The only thing I know it needs is new rubber around both dirversz and passengers windows and one areon the bedroom. Its ready to go. Never lived in.
