Low mileage on this unit. Longest trip was to Yellostone from Denver, rest were short trips around Colorado.

Had the wheel bearings repacked and brakes adjusted last year, original tires still in excellent shape.

Two batteries included, plus one more for a c-pap if you need it.

Awning fabric will need to be replaced in a year or so, but everything else is is great shape.

Because there is no more camping in my future, the camper is fully equipped and ready to go if you want it that way.
