Great opportunity to own an icon in the RV industry. This RV was over $600,000 new and has a lot of life left. I have replaced the basement AC, fixed the tag axle, serviced the 10,000 onan generator a couple of years ago and it has 6 new tires that have around 2,000 miles on them for the last couple of years. It has W/D, DW and ice machine that I have never used. It has instant hot water dispenser and new flat screen TV's. 2 toilets and a double vanity make it much roomier than typical RVs. It had a leak from the skylight in the shower when I bought it 6 years ago but I fixed that leak and it hasn't leaked since. I have noticed water spots on the ceiling in a couple of spots and I'm assuming its coming from the roof or the rear slide out. This coach is mechanically sound but it does need to be remodeled or updated so please pay close attention to the pictures.
