Standard features:
Propane furnace.
12-gallon fresh water and 8-gallon grey water tanks. Kitchen sink, and 2-burner stove.
Two (2) sliding tables make into seating for 4 when front chairs are turned around.
Two (2) full-size bunks can each sleep 2 adults = sleeps a total of 4!

Essentials staying with van: Leveling blocks, lantern, flashlight, lighter, extension cord and fresh water hose.

Kitchen cabinet & utensil drawer are fully equipped:
Service for 4: Plates, mugs, bowls, forks, knives, spoons and steak knives.
Cooking utensils: Scissors, 3 chef knives, spatulas, spoons, can opener, bottle opener, whisk, masher, ladle, ice cream scoop, peeler, tongs, cheese grater, measuring cups and spoons. Small and medium frying pans and small pot.
Olive oil and spices: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Bonus: Wine opener, wine cork, small wood cutting board and French-press coffee maker.
Cutting board/wash basin in sink, strainer and bowl set in cabinet.

USB 12-volt charger to use while camping.
Just bring your: Clothes, toiletries, towels, bedding and some food! Set up for rental income right away.
