This trailer has been very good to me and my family but we just don't use it anymore. It has new carpet and new faucets throughout. It has a 4500 watt Onan generator built in with the 500 hour service receltly completed. Everything works well and the interior is in good condition. I cannot speak to the condition of the awning as i quit using it after having to replace it twice due to wind. It has new 16" tires and wheels and the axles have been flipped so it rides properly with a tall truck. Best cash offer takes it.
