For sale is our beloved 1997 Lazy Daze 30-Foot Mid-Bath Rear Queen Bed RV.

Our Lazy Daze is not an ordinary RV; it comes with a history of exploration and care that sets it apart. Originally owned by a 50-year veteran Ford mechanic in Long Beach, CA (pictured with his wife the day we picked it up), this RV has been well-maintained and cherished from the start. It has crossed the US more than 10 times and has spent most of its life in the dry climate of the west coast.

Maintenance

In 2015, the transmission was replaced with a brand new Ford transmission. The 7.3L V10 engine is known for its reliability and low cost of maintenance. We have driven thousands of miles across the country and have not had any warning lights come on.

All the original manuals and service records are included, and we have had the RV inspected and tuned up yearly. There are currently no known mechanic issues.

Recent repairs:

• 164714 miles: Replace propane tank valve, replaced breather hose in the rear differential;
• 172100 miles: Fixed cabin A/C temperature trap door;

We have an appointment scheduled on August 14, 2023, for a full RV systems pre-sale inspection as well as a small repair on the fresh water tank, and a generator tune-up.

Interior Renovation

The interior of this Lazy Daze RV was completely renovated in 2020. No expenses were spared in the renovation, and every inch of the RV was thoughtfully upgraded to create a welcoming and cozy environment to make it our Home.

Add-ons

In 2022 we installed a front hitch that allowed us to transport our motorcycle (see photos) from California to Colorado. It still works great and can support up to 600 lbs of weight.
