This is a 2006 Winnebago Sightseer 29R on a Workhorse chassis with the Chevy 8.1 Vortex engine, plenty of power. It has independent front suspension with Air Ride springs, making it a good riding motorhome. This Motorhome has 30 amp electrical hookup. It is well suited for the southern climate with tinted windows and 2 cold AC units. The second unit was professionally installed and is ducted. This is not normally found on a RV of this size, plenty of cooling capacity. The 19.5"tires were new June 2022 and only have about 5000 miles on them. The hydraulic jacks have all been rebuilt and in good working condition. There is two electric motor operated slideouts with toppers. The awning is also electric. I have always stored it under cover.
The inside of this motorhome is clean and in good condition. There is a 43" Vizio tv with Vizio soundbar and woofer in the front. The bedroom has a 32" Vizio smart tv with soundbar. Refrigerater is propane/electric 6 cu ft and interior lights have been retro fitted with LED bulbs. The pictures tell the rest of the story. It's a great motorhome that's ready to travel.
