2020 Paradigm Alliance 5th wheel.. model 365RD…

This Camper is an adventurers dream. I has Everything a camper needs! Sleeps 6  comfortably.

Bedroom has an upgraded RV king sized mattress that is basically brand new. Slept on 5 times... it’s as comfortable as any home mattress…   Living room is raised up and has 2 seat theater style recliner love seat. And 2 couches that fold out to make beds.. The Kitchen has a full sized residential Refrigerator/freezer and a 4 burner gas stove with oven..  It has 2 nice looking Pendant lights hanging above the island that has a full sized sink. Has no joke, more storage space than any non toy hauler RV camper I’ve ever seen. Underneath the raised living room is a storage space.. the back of the Camper opens up  with a slide out tray.. the tray can hold 2 full sized kayaks, or any number of other things. Even when full the tray can be pulled out with as little as one hand pulling.. We bought this camper thinking we would live in it for 2 years while we built a house. The market didn’t allow for building and when we bought the house here in Manitou we basically are camping year round.  It has limited miles on it  but it is used. It has had a recent inspection and all things marked important have been corrected..
