This home belonged to my father who passed 2 years ago. I have spent the last 2 years working on it and fixing everything that I could find wrong with it. Here are things updated: 2 new leather captains chairs, dash recovered, upholstery cleaned, new heater duct, new 12v house water pump, new backup camera, new bluetooth stereo, 2 new TV's (bedroom not smart TV, use Amazon fire stick), curtains washed, new vent fan bathroom, new batteries, new sound proofing engine compartment, new queen mattress, new carpet bedroom, new tires all the way around, new drinking water filter, new interior light bulbs, new vaccum pump, new electrical shore cable, new sewer dump hose. I almost hate to sell it at this point, I just have no use for it. Here's what doesn't work or is not new looking: 1. The self leveling jacks are not working, I just haven't gotten around to working on it. 2. The generator cranks first try and runs great. The only issue is that sometimes when it cranks it doesn't start producing power unless you unplug a wire on it and plug it back in. Not sure why, but it's not a big deal. 3. There is some slight damage to the wood floor where the ice maker leaked out some years back. My dad always just kept a carpet runner there anyway. There is a picture of it on here. 4. There is a fiberglass patch repair that needs some sanding and painting if you care how it looks. It is on the very top at the back. There are also a few small fiberglass cracks on the undercarriage doors at the rear. Nothing structural, just cosmetic. 5. The main big awning over the door may have to be replaced or at least repaired. The others work fine. Other that these few things EVERYTHING else works to my knowledge. All water, a/c's, heat, stove, range, microwave/convection oven, washer dryer, lights, etc. are in good working order. She has also been cleaned very well. You can literally throw your stuff in here and go. I am open to reasonable offers, trades, etc I am not going to give it away, but I am ready to sell it NOW, so let's make a deal!!
