Unit is in excellent condition. It also comes with everything we have for it which will include an inverter generator that will run the entire unit.

The generator will run everything simultaneously so you don’t have to worry about running the AC, watching TV or using the microwave at the same time.

Also includes all septic connections, food grade water hose, black water wash out hose, CATV cable and a very nice adjustable hitch with sway bar. Unit also includes a mounted flat screen TV with Roku built in. 

This unit also has factory upgraded queen bed with factory upgraded AC unit which includes a wall mounted thermostat for AC and Heat control. Everything is in 100% working order. Electric trailer jack with LED light and 12V auxiliary battery. Unit also has stabilizer scissor jacks on all 4 corners. Also includes dual propane tanks. 

Unit has only been used a few times and as mentioned earlier it is in excellent condition. Unit is 100% ready for off grid camping. As our children have gone off to school, moved and lost interest in camping we no longer have a use for this unit as it is too big for the 3 of us now.
