This trailer is in excellent condition and is almost new, with extended warranty. We only used it a few times and it is super clean. Kids are grown up and off to college. This trailer is great for a family with kids. It has a nice fireplace, a bunkhouse and even an outdoor BBQ with an outdoor refrigerator. The trailer has been stored indoors and out of the elements when not in use. The inside is modern farmhouse, which is beautiful. The options that this trailer have are the luxury package, and the customer value package, fireplace, fantastic fan power roof vent and a solar prep roof mount. Queen Mattress has been upgraded to a memory foam mattress, master bedroom has a closet with a light inside when opening the door. It also has a pocket door which separate from the living quarters, along with its own separate door with a screen going outside. The master bedroom has a super cool large window, so when laying down you can see the moon and stars at nights. The bunkhouse has curtains for privacy. The kitchen has lots of space. Love the fireplace with all the different colors to choose from. BBQ outside is a big plus, along with the outside shower. So much more, lots of storage inside and out.
