Upgrades include: interior paint, LITHIUM house batteries with driving charge line, most window valances removed, rear upper cabintry removed, usb outlet upgrades in living room and bedroom, 2000w inverter rewired to add 90%+ of outlets, new cabinet hardware, 10" Android GPS bluetooth radio, AC units modified to increase efficiency, and front facing camera with SD card storage.

Inside there’s bunk beds as well as an over the cab bunk. Dinette and couch also convert into additional beds for more options. We removed the oven for additional kitchen storage and added an induction cooktop.

Outside there's a wet bay with outside shower, 50amp service with built in surge protector and most basement storage compartments have convenient pass throughs - this RV can have full hookups while all basement slam latch doors are closed and locked.

30th year anniversary model has nearly all the options, including 500lb loft bed, exterior entertainment system, full body paint, always on rear camera, 4 TV's, auto and manual hydraulic leveling, electric fireplace, rear speakers, day and night manual roller shades, residential refrigerator, convection microwave, solid surface counter tops throughout and more. The options and mileage for this unit add up to over $105,000 average retail NADA value.

New parts replaced in 2023: bed and bunkbed slide toppers, step motor, awning motor, catalytic converter, 1/2 bath sink and faucet, rear toilet seal, bunk slide bushings/bolts, front AC gasket. Regular maintenance performed with records, clear VIN. Note: seat upholstery is peeling. Currently all have covers or tucked in blankets that come with sale.
