Original owner, used approximately 2-3 weeks a year. Newer tires (2022), less than 500 miles on them. Seals were checked (2023) and rechaulked as necessary. Package includes power tongue jack, antisway hitch and several trailer items (sewer hose support, water hose and filter, cables, levelling blocks, etc.)
