AC works great in addition to the swamp cooler. Newly seviced Onan generator and Dometic 3 way fridge. Bluetooth stereo. Awnings over most windows.

Two new house batteries for lights usage while boondocking. Must be plugged in to shore power to use the outlets and AC; generator can also do this, and USB port on stereo pulling from main battery for charging phones when off grid and don't want to use the generator. Propane heat, 3 way Dometic fridge. Needs new tires (There are cracks in the sidewalls of the front two tires, but the back four are good, only about 25,000 miles put on them, tread is good, may be able to get away with only two new ones), & rear bushings, and an oil change. Microwave not working (never used it).
