Bring your Toys - Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Dirt Bikes! This tow-able Grand Design will be your base camp while you have fun! Onboard Generator and dual AC units means you'll have plenty of power and comfort off grid while the onboard 30 AMP power system means you can dock it in more parks that might not have 50 amp service. There are two bathrooms, one queen sized bed in the front and two queen beds in the rear garage that can be lowered for use. A removable dinette table and benches mean you have a place to sit and relax at the end of the day and a full screen and windowed rear door gives you protection, fresh air, and a way to close in the trailer when the ramp is down or when it’s up in “deck mode”.
This trailer is ready to run. You can park it in a park and use the sites water, sewer, and power, or run it in boon dock mode with plenty of onboard storage for fuel (both for the toys and the generator) and tanks for fresh water and the grey and black. I’d estimate with a little care a person could be off grid for a week if you limit showers. There is an outside shower ready to wash off dirt and grim, a central heater that runs off propane, and a great Rockford Fosgate sound system to give you some dancing and relaxing music under the awnings in the evening. Owner has added some extra wall storage and pot rack areas as well as had a 3-season sliding door added to the back party deck for lots of light and airflow. This is a great floor plan with a glass french door seperating the garage area from the living area which ends up allowing the bedrooms to be seperarted. Very flexible floorplan.
Other upgrades include replacing the factory tires with upgraded tires and a tire pressure monitoring system.
