Flagstaff model 823. Always been in the garage except when in use. All 3 tires are new with only one trip to Steamboat on them. We have never used the in tank water system but it can hold 20 gallons of fresh water and 6 gallons of gray water. It comes equiped with bike / boat rack already and sleeps 8 people (1 - 80”x 70”, 2 - 80” x 60”, 3 - 72” x 36”, 4 - 59” x 43”). It comes loaded with a 2 way mini fridge, a stove, CD radio, 4 person table, a couch, an awning, an outdoor prep table, an outdoor grill, heated mattresses and a lot of extras. I will throw in all the pots, pans, silverware, port-a-potty with privacy tent and more. It has a ton of storage as well with the front sliding storage trunk that is accessible from both sides of the camper! The fridge runs on either electric or propane. Battery and propane tank included. No holes or leaks and everything is super clean! Dont miss out on this one, its a fair price for an excellent camper.
