Lots of amenities in this trailer and no additional dealer fees! The main room is wonderful with a large tv that tucks away when not in use. Kitchen has nice size appliances - 17 cu ft stainless refrigerator, stove, 3 burner cooktop, microwave, and sink with pull out sprayer in the kitchen island. There is a theatre sofa which has two recliners, and a sofa sleeper in the family room. There is also an electric fireplace in the family room. There are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen and additional ones in the family room. There is a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed (70 X 80) and another electric fireplace! There are cabinets surrounding the fireplace and storage under the bed. There is a hookup for a tv in the bedroom. The bathroom is at the back and has a porcelain toilet and a dual sink vanity. The closet in the bathroom has hookups for a washer/dryer. There is a molded shower with glass doors and a skylight with power vent fan. There is also a skylight with fan in the kitchen. There is a very large medicine cabinet with mirrors in the bathroom and plenty of storage. There are two a/c units. There is 50 amp service, two outside storage cubbies, outside speakers and outside hookup for tv. Two awnings with LED lit electric are on the door side of the unit. The awnings are 10' and 16'. There are two propane tanks, and two batteries. The capacity of the water tanks are 68 gallons grey, 34 gallons black, and 42 gallons fresh. The hot water heater can run off propane or electric. The trailer was purchased in December 2022 and was only used for four months while repairs were completed to our home after hurricane Ian. This is a great trailer and must be seen to be appreciated.
