Custom built XL teardrop/squaredrop/overland camping trailer. Base is a 5x8 Carry-On utility trailer, it was purchased new for this build, has less than 200 miles on it.

The cabin features a king size bed (mattresses are in 2 sections, each can be set up into a sofa position or laid out into king size mattress), 32" Roku TV, 5000 BTU A/C, carpet, 2 side windows (opening with screens), locking double front door (with screen door), and battery powered LED lighting. You must be plugged into an external power source to run the A/C and TV, there is an outlet installed next to the A/C that supplies power to the trailer with an extension cord, it can be plugged into a small generator or campsite/home power outlet. Interior height ranges from 42" to 38" at the ceiling between the supports, so there is plenty of room to sit up in it with the mattress in the sofa position. Even with the bed folded down there is extra space for a cooler or camp toilet inside (the small camp toilet in the pictures is not included but can be found on Amazon for under $100).

Cabin base and flooring are constructed of pressure treated studs and 3/4 pressure treated plywood, walls are solid 3/4 plywood, roof is 1/2 plywood with fiberglass cover. Cabin has a textured, rubberized weather proof coating and is securely bolted to the trailer frame with plenty of room left for storage underneath. Trailer has stabilizers installed on all 4 corners.
