Just like new! Originally purchased for the 2021 camping season, used it that one season, and it's been sitting ever since. Always winterized and stored inside for the cold winter months. It's a great floor plan with bunks for the kids. Lots of storage inside and out. Counter space in the kitchen too. Upgraded the rock hard Queen mattress that orginally came with it. We pulled it with a half ton pick up.
