Description
WILMINGTON, OH. This beauty has been well maintained. It is a smoke, pest and pet free home. We have lived in it seasonally since late summer 2021. The previous owner stated he was the original owner and kept the unit under shelter when not camping in it. Reportedly he and his wife went on a couple week long trips and a few weekend trips annually. After we purchased it we parked it on our seasonal site and it has not been moved since.
A few modifications have been made. In the bedroom the hook up for the tv remains but there is no shelf or bracket. The original window treatment in the bedroom has been changed as pictured.
A second handrail was added at the stairs. The original love seat has been removed. There is now a detached recliner and detached modified desk. The colors are original with the exception of removable wallpaper on 2 walls. The paper is open weave green and white. 3 hooks in the bedroom and 3 on the wall to the right of the door, a key holder above the door, and a knife magnet on the wall to the right of the stove have been added. The hitch, cargo carrier and toolbox on the back are add ons and add lots of storage space. The fireplace is an electric heater and was upgraded in the spring of 2022. The carpet is in very good condition. One of the dining chairs has been repaired. The exhaust fans work as they should. We are unaware of any electrical or plumbing issues.
There is no damage to the shell. The magnetic door holders are strong. The latches are secure. The compartments are nice, The tires are in good shape. Awnings are intact and work as they should. The roof is in very good shape. There are no leaks. The radio and CD player work. There are 2 speaker zones inside and one outside. The speakers and have good sound. The TV antenna works well. The blue tape you may have noticed in the pictures is painters tape that we used to mark the channels we watched so we can easily rotate the antenna. The windows, of which two are emergency windows, work as they should and screens are present and intact.
I hope I have covered it all. If you have any questions please respond. Blessings.
